( Check Availability )Our six bedroom homes sleep up to fourteen, offering more space, privacy and amenities than a hotel room for less than the cost of one night! Our homes are all less than 4 years old and are located in quiet, safe, residential neighborhoods within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and area attractions. Grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are located within 5 minutes of all of our homes.
Every home comes with a full size, fully equipped
kitchen, cable TV in the family room, towels, bed sheets, and linens,
central heat and air, an in-ground, screened in swimming pool, a pull-out
sleeper sofa, 2 car garage, and dining and sleeping capacity for ten.
Bedding includes a combination of a queen size bed or two twin beds in
each bedroom and a queen or full size sleeper sofa.
Extra amenities (pool heat, Jacuzzi, crib, grill,
hi-chair, DVD player, extra TV's, rollaway beds) may be ordered ala Carte
during the reservation process or as part of the categories described
below:
Our six bedroom homes are divided into two categories
based on desired amenities.
- Basic Pool Homes include all the for the lowest price. Standard amenities
include a cable TV in the family room, private screened in pool, towels,
bed sheets, linens, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating
utensils, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, and a pull out sofa.
- Upgraded Pool Homes are less than 6 months old and are the cream of the crop! These homes include all of the amenities of the Basic Pool Homes, as well as a second TV in the master bedroom, a grill, in-ground Jacuzzi, and VCR/DVD Player.
