How will you get the keys and directions to your vacation rental?Directions: Our welcome centers are located in different areas surrounding the Walt Disney World Resort. When its two weeks prior to your arrival, we will mail and email your arrival directions to the welcome center that is closest to the vacation home or townhome you'll be staying in. The directions will be from all major roads and intersections as well as coming from the Orlando International Airport. Late Arrivals: For those of you who will be arriving late, we do have a lockbox at the entrance to all of our vacation rental welcome centers. At the end of the day, all keys and directions to individual townhomes and vacation homes will be placed in an envelope with the guest's name on it, and all of those are placed in the lockbox for guests who have not yet arrived. The code to open the lockbox as well as the emergency/night manager's phone number are automatically included in all arrival directions, incase you need them. Checkin and Checkout Times: Our checkin time is 4:00pm, and checkout is 11:00am. If you need an earlier checkin at your vacation rental, it is subject to availability, and can be added to your reservation for an extra $40.00. This will allow you to checkin to your vacation rental anywhere from 12:00pm-4:00pm, with the exact early check in time being determined on a case-by-case basis. (i.e. if we have a guest leaving at11:00am that morning from your vacation home, we won't be able to have it ready until approximately 2:00pm, whereas if the vacation home was empty the night before your arrival, you could check in at 12:00pm!)
